• Because of the size and weight of our merchandise, all our orders are shipped via common carrier. Our freight charges for over the road deliveries by common carrier are for sidewalk delivery only. Unless other arrangements are made with the carrier, it is your responsibility to bring it inside. These delivery charges apply to the contiguous 48 states. For shipment to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska or export, please call or e-mail for quote.

• For Murphy Bed mechanisms and mattresses, allow 2 - 4 weeks for your order. Your credit card will be billed at the time of order. If paying by check or Money Order, please send payment in full.

• For Murphy Beds with cabinetry and/or wall units, allow 4 - 6 weeks for your order. Your credit card will be billed for approximately 1/3 of the total cost as a deposit. When the order is ready to ship, we will charge your card for the balance. If paying by check or Money Order, please send a 1/3 deposit. When your order is ready we will contact you for the balance.

• We do not ship C.O.D.

• Installation may be available in the New York Metropolitan area. Please call for information.
