Remote areas not accessible by tractor trailer can not be delivered to the customer but can be picked up at the nearest freight terminal. All shipments are tailgate delivery only. This means to the rear of the truck. It is the customers responsibility to take the freight off the truck and into the home. Because of the size and weight of our freight, it is strongly advisable to have help to unload the freight and bring it inside. For Murphy Bed mechanisms and mattresses, allow 2 - 4 weeks for your order. Your credit card will be billed at the time of order. If paying by check or Money Order, please send payment in full. For Murphy Beds with cabinetry and/or wall units, allow 4 - 6 weeks for your order. Your credit card will be billed for approximately 1/3 of the total cost as a deposit. When the order is ready to ship, we will charge your card for the balance. If paying by check or Money Order, please send a 1/3 deposit. When your order is ready we will contact you for the balance.
